I drove Rob alil cray as I test drove about 5 different jeep products and he didn't hesitate to pull up every car for me. I decided on the Liberty with the help of Rob. I did my homework and researched prices and after a very small negotiating process, agreed on a number. After that the process flew by and they got me in and out, which I appreciated. I left there feeling great about the price and driving off in the Jeep of my dreams! Thx Ant and Rob! More

I walked in Saturday afternoon and walked out with a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Every question I had was answered promptly and (I believe) honestly. The tempo of the sales process was exactly what I wanted, de Wrangler Unlimited. Every question I had was answered promptly and (I believe) honestly. The vehicle we purchased was sold as a certified pre-owned vehicle. One week after purchase, I returned the vehicle to have the entire U-joint replaced. Two weeks after, I had the vehicle inspecte pre-owned vehicle. One week after purchase, I returned the vehicle to have the entire U-joint replaced. Two weeks after, I had the vehicle inspected in Pennsylvania and the mechanic whom I do not know or regularly deal with told me that I need new tires. Buzz Stickle, prior to our purchase, informed me that they do not put a certified preowned car on the lot w/o at least 50% of the tire life remaining. Seems they actually do put them out w/ quite a lot less than 50% and then just use lots of words and attitude to cover up their misinformation. One month after purchase, we installed a new battery. Then, at an oil change, another Jeep dealer down the road from Baker (on Route 1 in Trenton) also told us, and documented, that we need new tires. Baker (the owner, specifically) told me that he would have his mechanics look at the tires to see if they were good. Hu?? Yes, the results were as you guessed they would be: "Ma'am, your tires are well within the standards." The owner signs the mechanics checks; what did he think they'd say!? And, of course that's what he expected, which is why he relied on asking them what they thought. What a twisted racket. I did read other reviews about this dealer but decided to do my homework and take my chances - they had the car we wanted and they were geographically convenient. I should not have done so - we could have found it elsewhere with some patience and time. I would very seriously avoid these guys. The owner is something to behold but I will reserve personal judgements and only rate the entire experience here which was abysmal and we now own a car that will likely cost us a lot of money moving forward (and we did not purchase an extended warranty b/c we figured if it was certified it had been well taken care of and was in pristine shape. We were wrong!) As for customer service: When I requested that they replace the tires and provide an extended warranty at half their cost (we'd share the cost, which I thought was more than fair), the owner all but laughed at me. I was incredibly patient with these guys and I held off making a formal complaint against them w/ Chrysler in hopes that they would make things right. They did not. Heed my advice -- you can find that car elsewhere. And Baker's "deals" aren't deals if the car they say they are selling isn't the car you are buying, i.e. if it is a certified pre-owned only in the sense that they sell it for more, not in the sense that it has actually been examined closely and all reasonable components have been properly replaced e.g. batteries, tires. You may want to AVOID THESE GUYS or suffer the very same inconvenient and costly experience we had. More

Baker's got me an awesome deal. They were the only dealership to get me financed for a brand new 2011 Dodge Caliber. I have much less than perfect credit so getting me financed for a new vehicle was dealership to get me financed for a brand new 2011 Dodge Caliber.
