Bought a new Jeep in July 23. Problem with computer system. Spoke to manager, Gary, who promised he’d get me in within 30 days because it was the week before Christmas. Some guy named Mike called after I left message for Gary and he said he was a liaison to Gary and relay message to get back to me. Nothing! Left message yesterday morning with service manager! Nothing. I called Chrysler headquarters to complain. Will follow up with BBB. My 6th Jeep. First time with them! Horrible service. More
