Great Service Today at Baker Chrysler Jeep Dodge The customer service representative was courteous and answered all of my questions. I needed an oil and filter change and my tires rotated. I had a coupon for this service, and the rep actually said "Good" and meant it! This service took less than one hour, which was surprising since the waiting area was crowded. When I went to pay, the rep handed me my set of keys with a new battery in it. My "car" informed me that my key battery was low, so I mentioned it to the rep. and he replaced it free of charge (which was a nice 'plus'). Baker's service center reps have always treated me fairly...and have never tried to coerce me into a service that was not absolutely necessary. I am so glad I did - for the last year and a half, I've been enjoying the friendly, helpful service @ Baker, mostly working with Drew but also various members of staff. It's a great confident feeling when they can guide you through what maintenance is necessary, extra, or how to break it up to make it easier on your budget, and getting told about recalls from the manufacturer without even having to ask yourself, no fuss. If there's one thing that speaks to service quality, take a look at how many cars there are in their service lot on any given day, all those people or businesses must have found what I found too. I am currently working on rebuilding a 2000 Dakota & will be using you folks for all of my Mopar parts needs.If and when I am able to purchase a new Chrysler product I will most certianly visit you folks for that as well. I BROUGHT MY CAR IN FOR A RECALL AND HAD NOT DONE SERVICE FOR A WHILE THE AND NEEDLESS TO SAY I NEEDED A TON OF WORK AND THE GUYS AT BAKER MADE MY CAR LIKE NEW AGAIN THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND VERY PROF SERVICE FOR A WHILE THE AND NEEDLESS TO SAY I NEEDED A TON OF WORK AND THE GUYS AT BAKER MADE MY CAR LIKE NEW AGAIN THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WALKED ME THROUGH EVERYTHING DREW TOOK ME OUT AND SHOWED ME WHAT WAS WRONG AND TOOK PICTURE SO I COULD SEND THEM TO MY HUSBAND WHILE I WAITED MY HUSBAND GAVE THE OK AND THEY GOT ME A RIDE HOME AFTER COMPLETING THE CAR THEY WASHED IT AND HAD ME PICKED UP A COUPLE DAYS LATER THE SERVICE MANAGER ED MOFFETT CALLED ME AND THANKED ME FOR MY BUISSNESS AND AND ASKED IF I HAD ANY SUGGESTIONS THAT COULD HELP MAKE ME EVEN HAPPIER THEN I ALREADY WAS ITS AMAZING THERE ARE STILL DEALERS OUT THERE THAT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS DREW ED AND RICK WHO PULLED MY CAR UP FOR ME SO I WOULD NOT HAVE TO WALK IN THE RAIN ARE THE BEST AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM IF YOU NEED ANYTHING FOR YOUR CAR More
