I am writing to formally express my frustration and concern regarding my recent experience with my Jeep and the level of service I have received.My vehicle sat at your facility for an entire week befor concern regarding my recent experience with my Jeep and the level of service I have received.My vehicle sat at your facility for an entire week before anyone even began to look at it. This delay is unacceptable, especially considering the inconvenience it caused and the lack of communication provided during that time. I was left without clear updates or any sense of urgency from your team. In addition, I have been extremely disappointed and concerned to learn that all of my warranties have been canceled without my knowledge or consent. This is not only misleading but raises serious questions about how my account has been handled. I was under the clear understanding that I had active warranties, and at no point did I authorize any changes or cancellations.The inconsistency in what I have been told from one conversation to the next has only added to the frustration. I have received conflicting information, and it feels as though there has been a lack of transparency throughout this entire process.At this point, I am requesting a full explanation of why my vehicle was not inspected in a timely manner. Why my warranties were canceled without my authorization. What steps will be taken to correct these issues moving forward I trusted your company to provide reliable service and clear communication, and unfortunately, this experience has fallen far short of that expectation.
