My experience here was excellent! I was visiting from Virginia and stopped in to get my oil changed while in town. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The service advisor was professional, communicative, and kept me informed throughout the process. Everyone I encountered was friendly, greeted me warmly, and made me feel welcome. One thing that really impressed me was receiving a video inspection of my vehicle I’ve never had that experience at a Jeep dealership before, and I thought it was a fantastic touch. It gave me confidence in the service and showed a high level of transparency.A special thank you to Richard for his exceptional customer service and communication. Needs customer service training for service dept. Kind of rude. My service rep Ethan told me if I gave him a bad survey he would never help me again more or less like a threat. I normally do the survey but I don't like to be threatened either. I don't want him to help me anymore. His comments were not professional or even necessary. You can't give bad service and then threaten the customer about it. I have other concerns when it comes to service but would love to speak to someone about them. Wes was great but he doesn't hear the problem he only knows what the company says to do which is great. But if I call to schedule an appointment because I'm having a problem with my car my appointment was always when someone would look at it or around that time if they are on another job that ran over. I was unaware when I make an appointment it's with the service advisor only and now when I give you my car it might be 3 days before looked at. I didn't know the appointment is only to talk to the service rep.. so you make a appointment with the service advisor then they hold your car for up to 3 days before it's looked at. I can't say everything I want to here but I just want Ethan to understand his threat is why I'm doing the survey. I never do them but felt this needed to be exposed. Great customer service from the sales team who he me out but Service needs training. Bad customer service with your service department More
