He attentively took note of my concerns with purchasing a 2015 Jeep Compass and resolve all my concern by involving other staff members who was Instrumental in the details on the resolution. 2. Mr. Felix E. Walters (New Car Sales Manager) initiated/authorized/followed-up with the course of action to resolve my situation ensuring I was satisfied with the purchase of my Jeep Compass. 3. Mr. Erik Jules (Car Sales Consultant) was extremely pleasant and throughout as he assisted me with the details of my purchase. The whole process was pretty lengthy given the specifics of my purchase and Mr. Jules ensured I was attended to throughout the entire process. My son didn't have a well-established credit history. He's a public servant, very fiscally-responsible and won't buy things he doesn't really need. We were informed this can make it difficult to get good terms for a large purchase like the truck. Mr. Lillquist worked with us and some lenders until he was able to make the deal happen.
