Later communication with Hector regarding issues stated later in this review have received no replies, probably at the instruction of the dealership. Finance person had diligence in searching for a lower rate than I was able to find and I also had no issues during our time spent together. Payoff of trade-in occurred more than a week later after auto pay. The difference in payoff, my previous car payment went back to the dealer and I haven't been contacted about returning the difference to me. The supporting staff and dealership was a disappointment. The truck had a leaking third brake light seal that filled the rear under seat storage areas with water. The service department replaced the seal but left gallons of water in the truck. Later, they performed a vacuum of most of the water prior to delivering the vehicle. Yet when I arrived home several inches of water remained in the bins; so only a surface vacuum had been performed. A floor mat was also left out after cleaning. With the dealer 35 miles away, return isn't practical for a floor mat. In addition, I specifically stated that I required anti-slip differential in the rear due to a heavy boat and steep ramps. I took pictures of the rear axle mfg tag to do research however, the previous owner and employee, David Clemmons assured me the truck had this feature. One would expect a car salesman to know what options his own personal vehicle came equipped with. The option is not on the truck. Also, upon requesting some kind of resolution to this issue, the dealership has remained silent. No comments, no replies. A third issue is the $800 preparation fee. The truck was full of water, missing parts (bed rails are installed but only one tie down not four and divider had been in the truck but no longer) and most important a critical recall was not performed. Charge yet yet do not deliver. Get the sale out the door and wash hands is obviously the attitude of this dealership. More

Traci worked with us and gave us a good deal on the vehicle and explained their Warranty Forever program that would go into effect after about 4 months. Well, after 3 months the Jeep encountered serious mechanical problems and I was nervous that I was stuck with a very expensive problem. To their credit, they stood behind their sale and fixed the problem at no additional cost. Many businesses can learn from this example of customer care. They earned my future business. I am now buying another vehicle from them for my other son. More

After an auto accident I needed to purchase a vehicle with the proceeds my insurance company supplied--- which took weeks to determine. I originally contacted Hector on August 1st, 2015 and he immediatemy began to try to get me into a car which would fit my budget. Because of my poor credit, he came up with various options for me. By August 18th, and numerous calls/texts/emails back and forth I was approved for a car and I hadn't even stepped foot on the lot. Paul in used cars took great care of me fixing the minor repairs on my vehicle and Kile in finance worked miracles with my credit! I am now the proud owner of a new luxury vehicle and couldn't be happier! This team was A++ from start to finish and Id recommend Hector, Kile and Paul to anyone looking to buy a new or used car!
