Was advised to change the main battery and did along with the auxiliary batte , and Tom, service tech. My 2017 JGC had an intermittent starting issue. Was advised to change the main battery and did along with the auxiliary battery. Wemt about 6 miles and the same issue, would not start. Finally got it started amd brought it back. A bunch of new codes came up. They got my car back in, about 1hr. later. They went through the check list and found a small yellow wire loose on my starter. Im so appreciative of them getting me in as I need to leave the next day to drive almost 1400 miles to get home. They were patient with me as I was frustrated yet respectful to them. They knew my urgency. I would like to thank them and recommend this group to anyone with needing repairs for their Chrysler built vehicles. Just as they were patient with me you need to be the same and they will take care of you. God Bless all!! More
