Unhappy with your service 2nd time I had my vehicle in for the same malfunction. Your Service Advisor Kandi Gies advised they had to order a part and it would be the following 2nd time I had my vehicle in for the same malfunction. Your Service Advisor Kandi Gies advised they had to order a part and it would be the following day. I contact them appropriately 11:30am and they advised the part was in. I know to install the part is about 15 to 20 min so I arrived at 1:30am and ask if my car was ready? Kandi Saïd no! I asked her why not its onlusten about a 15 mintue job to install and i brought my car in yesterday. She Saïd “oh! you think we should just get your car in before these other people? I told her yes i do since it wasn’t repaired the first time i brought in. She Saïd thats not the way we work around here. More
