Service Center Review I brought our 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan in for a routine service, oil change, filter, etc. Apparently there was an issue with an employee injury and in I brought our 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan in for a routine service, oil change, filter, etc. Apparently there was an issue with an employee injury and instead of a 1 hour wait to get my vehicle back, I waited almost 2 hours for the work to be completed and drive my vehicle off the lot. When I got the paperwork to check out, I questioned the service manager to make sure I got the full synthetic oil as requested. He noticed that I had been under-charged for the service, based on the oil I had put in my vehicle. However, instead of changing the amount on the invoice, he charged the lower amount as originally written on my invoice. I plan on continuing to take my vehicles to this service center. More
