I had done a lot of research on the type of truck that I wanted, but was struggling with which trim had what features. I was able to come in with a partial game plan and we turned that uncertainty into a do wanted, but was struggling with which trim had what features. If I could describe the staff in one word, I’d use the word genuine. Everyone was helpful, Jim, George, Paul, Matt, Brandon, Darryl, all fantastic. I have a bad habit of buying cars too frequently, and th word genuine. Everyone was helpful, Jim, George, Paul, Matt, Brandon, Darryl, all fantastic. I called minutes before closing and Jim answered and was as helpful as could be and we set up an appointment and he communicated where the car was in the process right up until I arrived.
