My wife and I were very excited to purchase our new (to us) vehicle. I wish I would have done more research before I purchased the car through CDJR of Woodstock. If you value your trade in and value your money and want to get the best money out of your old car, this isn’t the dealership for you. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CREDIT THIS IS NOT THE DEALERSHIP FOR YOU. The whole time I felt like I was under so much pressure and they made me feel like my 3 year old lot ready vehicle was worth way less than it was. After haggling back and forth with multiple salesmen and sales managers, I finally got the numbers close enough to make a deal. I still wasn’t happy but I knew these folks weren’t going to let me get another dime. They we’re trying to make me pay $400 for a second key fob on a 2 year old car. While we were filling out our Credit application I specifically told the salesman that mine or my wife’s credit not be checked by more than 2 banks, and I even told them 1 bank specifically who I wanted to go through. Later to find out that my credit was ran by 4! 4 companies had ran mine and my wife’s credit and they didn’t even respect us enough to try the bank that I specifically asked for. The finance manager even LIED to my face and told me fake numbers when I asked about the rate offer from the bank I asked them to use. I had one of the worst car buying experiences ever through Woodstock CDJR and there’s nothing that they can do to fix it. Pathetic! More
