First off, when I called the service department I spoke with a very nice young lady, I believe her name was Amy but don’t quote me. When I arrived she met me in the service bay. She looked at my first co with a very nice young lady, I believe her name was Amy but don’t quote me. When I arrived she met me in the service bay. She looked at my first concern and was able to fix it herself, and as she indicated no charge for pulling a leaf out of my cabin filter area that was causing an awful noise when I turned on the fan. I also had an issue with the wiper pump. Another service rep had quoted me to fix it at my last visit but I didn’t have time that day. So he had them look at it again and gave me a quote that was over $400 more than the first time quote. They had time to do it but I wasn’t going to pay that $500 for a part that was $10 on Amazon even tho he said it would be difficult to get to. We negotiated the price to something more affordable for me and they were able to get the work done within 45 mins. More
I can't speak to the entire dealership or service department, but I can speak to my experience working with the young fella Vinny in service. Our 2023 Chrysler Pacifica needs warranty work but the dealership cannot effectively diagnose the issue. I’m not sure if it’s incompetence or laziness but we’ve had in in twice for a total of about 10 da dealership cannot effectively diagnose the issue. These guys aren’t worth your time or money. Terrible service. Always takes FOREVER. EVEN FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!!!
