I was happy to see a Chrysler dealership open closer to my home. When I bought my 2005 Town & Country I could walk to the dealership. Now this place is only a couple of miles down the road. Checked in w/first person and then waited 20 min or more for next person to ask questions about service I wanted. Overall time for oil change was about a hour and 20 minutes which wasn’t bad but I think so for next person to ask questions about service I wanted.
