I’ve never dealt with a worse service department in my life. Nobody knows what is going on. Service adviser has zero communication skills. Doesn’t let you know what is going on till the end of the day by life. Nobody knows what is going on. Service adviser has zero communication skills. Doesn’t let you know what is going on till the end of the day by telling you he has to keep it another day. It’s difficult to have someone on standby to drive you to the dealership when they don’t keep you informed. Was told it needed a sensor. $680. Part ordered. Paid. Brought vehicle back the next week. Sensor added. Picked up vehicle. Still messed up. Brought vehicle back to check it out. Service advisor says “I don’t know what to say but I’ll have someone drive it” all day no communication. 4:30 pm I asked what was the word regarding my Jeep. Answer “no word”. I guess they need it another day. Next day get a call at noon. Another sensor needs replaced. Another $680. Not sure what is going here. The service manager seemed to defend the service advisor so apparently it’s just how things are done at Woodstock CDJR. I’ll won’t be back for sure. You’ve been warned. In fact was thinking about getting a Grand Wagoneer. I’m afraid I won’t even buy another Chrysler from anywhere with this service experience. Also, this was the third time here and none of experiences were good enough to come back. More

When I made the appointment to have my oil changed I was told there was a special going on for a $14.99 oil change. The guy in the service was going to charge me almost $200 for an oil change and tire rotat told there was a special going on for a $14.99 oil change. The guy in the service was going to charge me almost $200 for an oil change and tire rotation. When I told him what the girl who made the appt said about the discount he knocked it down to $97, so I guess tire rotation was a little over $80! That’s too expensive and I could have got it for a lot cheaper someplace else. I only came there bc of the special deal the girl told me about. Very disappointed and will not be returning. More

Absolute worst experience. Replaced transmission- warrantied - failed - replaced again - failed - replaced - now failed again. Kept it for 6 weeks with no calls, no loaner, no concern for customer until I go in and demand answers. Always an excuse for not doing their job and when it’s supposedly fixed, it fails, leaving me stranded and unable to work. Whoever runs this place should be aware that if I spend almost 8k, I expect communication, professionalism, and a working transmission. Don’t advertise good service if you don’t intend to provide it. And please don’t think I’m ignorant because I’m a girl. You have a fancy dealership- perhaps you should invest in training your people! More
