Parts department too lazy to call surrounding other dealerships,to see if parts are in stock instead of waiting on backlog manifolds. Service advisor Ryan, arrogant and rude towards first-time customer dealerships,to see if parts are in stock instead of waiting on backlog manifolds. Service advisor Ryan, arrogant and rude towards first-time customer. Wasted away a week and a half when parts were in their own backyard too lazy to call Canton dealership. Lost my trust in this place More

Brought 2008 Jeep in that I had purchased used to have it checked over. Said it needed brakes and rotors and that was all they found on inspection that they could take care of except an oil leak. That they d checked over. Said it needed brakes and rotors and that was all they found on inspection that they could take care of except an oil leak. That they didn’t service. After service complete, I was driving vehicle to another repair shop that I found that worked on diesel engines. On the way there , I noticed a burning smell and after getting to repair facility saw that the brakes were smoking and hot and there was a popping noise when I pulled in. When they did their service inspection I found out that the vacuum pump had oil in it and the brake power booster was messed up and needed to be replaced . And the popping noise was the lower control arms that were totally worn out. Also the battery was bad and barely holding charge and the wipers needed replacing (worn). Not sure what was checked on the 24 point inspection but some obvious things were missed More

They took great care of me and fixed my problem. Highly recommend, however I had to re-verify charges with an actual person because the ones in automated text were incorrect.
