Friendly staff , very clean facility , poor placement of parts department “customers have no access to the parts department !!! They said my Jeep was fixed , I went to pick it up , got in it drove 10 ft. parts department “customers have no access to the parts department !!! They said my Jeep was fixed , I went to pick it up , got in it drove 10 ft. the warning light came on again , drove it back into service department and left it for another week or so until they said it was ready . The repair was a warranty issue , so it should be no charge , but I was given a bill for $269.00 . They couldn’t tell me what the charge was for , the service manager said he would take care of it . So my bill was $0 . I took my jeep off road the following week and everything worked flawlessly, so they did fix it correctly on the second try after I got Jeep customer care involved ! I think I would recommend this dealership to anyone needing service or purchasing a new Jeep , but not for part’s purchasing ! JR More

Nice building. Just seems like they recommended the extreme highest repair recommendation instead of more realistic repair. Had a difficult situation with our car not starting and weren’t aware we needed an appointment. Really appreciated still taking the car in and getting me an Uber to get a rental. As a first time car buyer, I really appreciated Justin and was very impressed with how Justin and the rest of the team were willing to work with me to get thing exactly as I wanted them (e.g. replacing installed after-market brake controller with factory brake controller after I raised concerns). He handled getting my 1500’s bed coated, a factory trailer brake controller installed, wheel well covers installed, and a new rear bumper since the truck had some lot damage. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better service trip. I’ve already told others how awesome Justin and the service department are and will continue to do so. Thanks Justin! Also, thanks to Sales Manager Jacob for assistance with replacing rear bumper and Sales Manager Brady for assistance with pricing out factory brake controller replacement. Took my vehicle in to have a check engine light diagnosed. From their inspection, they determined I needed over $4k worth of work to be completed to fix an evap system hose connected to the gas ta diagnosed. I decided I wanted a second opinion and paid the $180 diagnostic fee (which they did tell me would happen ahead of time if I declined the work). The service writer sends you a text message with a URL link to the diagnostics including the recommendations of the technician and a video of their inspection. This expires once you look at it. When I requested a copy of the diagnostics (THAT I PAID FOR) and recommendations from the technician they declined to provide them. Highly advise to get your vehicle serviced elsewhere. I went and got a second opinion from an independent shop. I bought a $31 part and fixed this myself in less than 10 minutes. $31 fix for a quote that was over $4000. More
