Friendly staff , very clean facility , poor placement of parts department “customers have no access to the parts department !!! They said my Jeep was fixed , I went to pick it up , got in it drove 10 ft. parts department “customers have no access to the parts department !!! They said my Jeep was fixed , I went to pick it up , got in it drove 10 ft. the warning light came on again , drove it back into service department and left it for another week or so until they said it was ready . The repair was a warranty issue , so it should be no charge , but I was given a bill for $269.00 . They couldn’t tell me what the charge was for , the service manager said he would take care of it . So my bill was $0 . I took my jeep off road the following week and everything worked flawlessly, so they did fix it correctly on the second try after I got Jeep customer care involved ! I think I would recommend this dealership to anyone needing service or purchasing a new Jeep , but not for part’s purchasing ! JR More

He handled getting my 1500’s bed coated, a factory trailer brake controller installed, wheel well covers installed, and a new rear bumper since the truck had some lot damage. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better service trip. I’ve already told others how awesome Justin and the service department are and will continue to do so. Thanks Justin!
