Very unresponsive service team. Maybe just the guy assigned to my vehicle but did not call back timely, if at all, throughout the experience. My vehicle finally was repaired but when I went on to pick up the vehicle the guy barely made eye contact, and did not even recognize who I was/why I was there even though I announced myself . He had to ask me what I needed. He then seemed annoyed and wanted to just be done with me. By the way, there was no anyone else he was helping or anyone else even waiting. Vehicle still had the clean up paper and plastic in it - not a huge deal but typically that gets pulled out. Zero customer service. Zero follow up without constant prodding. Time will tell on if the repair was done properly…drive home seemed ok. Very disappointed with this group. More

From the time you pull in until the time you depart the service is 5 star. Derek is a great communicator and gives regular updates on the service process with your car. Both times have been the best service I’ve experienced (and I’ve only gotten my Dodge Journey serviced at dealer locations). This location should be a training facility for other Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram service departments. More
