From beginning to end the GM Augie Rodriguez, Bryce Boyd in Sales, and James Craig in Finance were so attentive to my every need. Even though i made them put me in one car, changed it two days later, then went back to that car 24 hours after that and was being difficult and picky, made the whole process super smooth. I bought my previous car, a Jeep Cherokee, from them 2 years ago and i will continue to be a CJD customer as long as they are around to take my business. Our experience was good at McKinney. Being 4 1/2 hours away made it hard to visually see what I wanted. Once I contacted David he jumped right on getting pictures of the cars I was Interested in sent to m away made it hard to visually see what I wanted. Doug was awesome got me in and out with a very smooth transaction. 4 star for CJDM was due to the original solicitation contact was by phone and I was advised that the Gladiator qualified for 0% for 84 m transaction. 4 star for CJDM was due to the original solicitation contact was by phone and I was advised that the Gladiator qualified for 0% for 84 months.
