Service department is severely lacking in customer service. I have purchased multiple vehicles from here and won't buy another one just because of the lack of service I've received. I have to call to service. I have purchased multiple vehicles from here and won't buy another one just because of the lack of service I've received. I have to call to get updates on my vehicle. Having dealt with multiple service reps, they don't seem to care you're there. They do not call with updates. Each time I've dropped my vehicle off, I have had to call to get an update and once found out my car had been ready for over 2 days! More

I went in, later than I normally do, to get my oil changed. I was greeted promptly by the the service person. They got my vehicle fixed correctly after a different dealership falsely quoted me over $10,000 worth of repairs that they said were n warranty work.
