Horrible customer service. Bentley told me my recall repairs would be completed on day one. All other repairs on day two. Come to find out my recalls were not completed or the Bentley told me my recall repairs would be completed on day one. All other repairs on day two. Come to find out my recalls were not completed or the larger of the two even started one the day of my scheduled appointment. When I questioned as to why the recalls weren’t preformed as I was told she became argumentative and brushed my concerns off. Furthermore I had a second truck that needed recalls and she said was scheduled but since being called out she hasn’t reached back out. I wish going to the dealer was like it used to be but I guess they don’t really care after the get their money. More
