I was using the AAA Free 40 point summer specials coupon. The dealership did not know about the AAA Free summer special. I called earlier in the month to schedule an appointment but no one returned my ca The dealership did not know about the AAA Free summer special. The coupon included a 40 point free inspection but I did not see the 40 items they checked on my car. The service consultant placed my husband's name for the service and not my name. When they place the information on the service board my name was incorrect. I had an appointment. I had to tell the service consultant that the board was incorrect. I was quoted a price before the repairs and after the service I had another price. I don't think that I received my 10% off for the service. I also had them do my State inspection for my car and they charged me for that as well. I waited for my car to be serviced and it took about four hours. More
