After having a very bad experience in another local Jeep dealership I called Dodge of McKinney. I ended up dealing with Luis Paulin who was straight forward and responded to all my queries in a timely manne dealership I called Dodge of McKinney. He provided fair pricing to me for the Jeep I had identified and we set up a time up for me and my wife to come in to view the Wrangler. We actually couldn't decide between two different colors so he had both of them pulled up and allowed us to view them until we made our minds up. The paperwork was very easy and all in all I doubt we spent much more than an hour finalizing the deal which was exactly what Luis had promised to me over the phone. This is one of the most smooth transactions I have had purchasing a car. Since then Luis has contacted me to make sure everything is going well with the car and is actually handling an additional request I had. I would recommend this dealership and especially Luis. More
