Quality checks seem to be non-existent here. My transmission went out on my Jeep Wrangler with only 20,000 miles on it. Took it in for service and after picking up after replacement, I noticed t My transmission went out on my Jeep Wrangler with only 20,000 miles on it. Took it in for service and after picking up after replacement, I noticed the wire coupling attaching the engine to the filtered air system was completely disconnected after I had driven it home and it drove awful. They had put the wired coupling on backwards. They would have been replacing an engine if I hadn’t of noticed. Then, a plastic piece behind the gear shift was completely off and just hanging. It wasn’t put back properly. I thought quality and service on my Jeep would be better. Very disappointed. And, when I called to tell them, the service manager never called me out of concern. I guess they don’t care. More
