I have a '20 wrangler with less than 30K miles. I contacted this location in the beginning of Jan. because I knew my 3yr lease was up at the end of the month and I wanted to buy it out. Salesman to I contacted this location in the beginning of Jan. because I knew my 3yr lease was up at the end of the month and I wanted to buy it out. Salesman told me to contact the lender for a payoff & bring it in so they can take care of the rest. I was told that my monthly payment would be $150 more per month to buy it out- way out of my price range. Salesman told us to come & see what they can do & see other options. He then called me & told me that he had a '18 Grand Cherokee with 70K miles closer to our price range. I agreed to come take a look and came in a few days later. As soon as we walked in, Salesman was pushing this Cherokee on us. I was not thrilled about the cars mileage & was overall not impressed. He asked for our lease paperwork & asked for our information to pull up our profile. My husband and I had to bring our 2 young kids with us so it was hard to focus. He got a lower price from his sales manager TWICE on this cherokee hoping Id budge. We asked about a lower price on our current vehicle to buy out- he couldn't do that. When we mentioned re-leasing he quickly changed the subject- great at his job. I did not feel comfortable. I told him we would leave and return without kids and with a clearer head after discussing it. He asked me if he threw in heated seat installation if it would be a deal. I said no, we will come back after considering it and looking at other dealers for other options. I went to another dealer, that wasnt shady but had 0 inventory. The salesman informed us extending our lease was an option- jeep never mentioned that. When I called the lender, they informed me that I had 1 YEAR LEFT on my lease- something the salesman and manager knew by pulling up my profile & reading my lease paperwork but were too concerned with taking in my highly desirable, newer wrangler with less miles and selling me an older car w/2x miles. I've only ever had 3 year leases so I had it in my head for years that it was a 3 year lease. Their intent was to take advantage of a younger, frazzled mom so they had something desirable to sell in this terrible market. Read your paperwork before coming in and trusting someone who wants to "help" you. Sneaky. Deceptive. Scammers. More

Purchased august 2019 was nothing to like or dislike about dealership. Bought 2nd jeep from Franklin Sussex as nothing brought me back to Warwick. Today at Warwick jeep I brought my car in for repair and was given a filthy rental filled with pet hair and dirt. Told dealership was basically told so what. Still waiting for a call. Horrible customer service. So glad I bought my second y elsewhere. Franklin Sussex all the way. Sorry have my warranty through Warwick keep for the first. More
Turned in a leased Jeep. Two months later I get a letter from Chrysler asking me where the Jeep is. I tell them I turned it in. A couple of weeks later I get a bill from Chrysler for worn tires (1/32 inch). from Chrysler asking me where the Jeep is. I tell them I turned it in. I don’t know if it’s some type of scam or just incompetence. Be very very careful when dealing with the finance department. More
Dealership had great inventory and open on Sundays. Sales manager Ralph took time out to explain the payment options and what would work best. Wayne in finance made the paperwork portion a breeze by keeping it straight forward, not trying to up sell or increase my monthly payment. The entire process was one of the smoothest out of my past dealer experiences. No one was pushy, no sales tactics and they were all honest throughout. They all came together and put me in the vehicle I wanted at a comfortable price. Highly recommended, looking forward to future business with this dealership! More

The car broke down 1 Hour after we bought it We purchased a 2016 Jeep patriot High Altitude with 49,000 Miles from this dealership. when all was done and the papers were signed, we were informed We purchased a 2016 Jeep patriot High Altitude with 49,000 Miles from this dealership. when all was done and the papers were signed, we were informed the car could not be inspected and we would be sent home with Dealer plates so we could drive it around and clear whatever code was showing. we were supposed to bring it back that monday for the inspection and to get our registratioin. we thought this was weird but decided to take the car home, we had already been at the dealership for 3 hours and were ready to go home. When we were driving home, all of the dash board lights came on and the car completly turned off and did not come back on. the dealership was now closed so i called the cellphone of the salesman that helped us. the only thing good about that dealership is Christian Storm. he drove from his home to the dealership to get me a rental car to drive for the day. I believe the manager should have taken care of everything, not christian. he went above and beyond to try to help us. but the manager was unwilling to help or budge. he didnt seem apologetic at all that he sold us a horrible car. he did not do anything to resolve the situatin ecxept say we could come back and find a different car from them, without any discount or anything to compensate us for me getting stuck on the side of the road. I would never buy a car from them considering they knew something was wrong with the car but still sent us home with it anyway. they pride themselves on being a family dealership but we felt like a second class citizen when all was said and done. They're great at chasing you out to your car to do a deal and thats where the service ends. Multiple problems with this dealership. After trading in a leased vehicle early for a new one they never cut the check for me to payoff old vehicle lease, never notified CULA to go inspect the car so I could close out car loan with the bank. I had to do it all for them and pick up check that should have been mailed months ago. In the meantime, I get hit with a $400 disposition fee after the original deal said no other fees! Had to chase the dealer to do all these things 4-5 calls each time with no call back ever! Once they sell you the car you are on your own!!! Overall Good Experience Buying a New 2019 Ram 1500 Just leased a 2019 Ram 1500 during the Ram Power Days Sales Event. Overall I had a good experience. I was trying to figure out earlier in the week i Just leased a 2019 Ram 1500 during the Ram Power Days Sales Event. Overall I had a good experience. I was trying to figure out earlier in the week if the vehicle was even in my budget. I have never leased/purchased a new TRUCK anywhere. All of my trucks have been $3k beaters that I use on the weekends and for going to the dump. I am however, used to purchasing from luxury stores. A few in particular I will not mention here, but the experience at a luxury BMW store is QUITE different from working with your local Ford, Chevy or Dodge Dealer. In the beginning stages of my shopping I had contacted about 6 local dodge dealers to obtain information on the vehicle and pricing. None, not a single one, would talk to me, or give me any information, or numbers over the phone. I was pretty surprised to say the least and already sorry I decided to do this, but I needed a new truck so I figured with nowhere else to turn I would give my local neighborhood store over in Warwick a shot. I called and spoke to Theresa in the BDC department initially. She was very polite on the phone and although again she wasn't very forthcoming with information they were able to at least give me a ballpark figure I could work with. She told me about the incentives they had and encouraged me to come in and speak with one of their salespeople. I had an idea at least of where I stood. I decided to give it shot yesterday, never expecting to actually drive off with a new ram. When I entered the store, I was immediately greeted by J.J. Salewski. He was very polite, and accommodating. He brought up all of my information immediately and within a few minutes we were outside looking at the truck. In the past, I had gone to American Dealerships and I have always had to go through the process of arguing to see the car or truck while the salesperson attempted to qualify me... which is very offensive might I add, and something BMW never does. This is also why I have never actually completed a transaction outside of the aforementioned stores. He never did any of this. What impressed me the most is that he brought the truck to the front of the dealership for me, didn't make me walk the lot, and did a full walkaround and explained all the new features I was unaware of, which was surprisingly helpful. Test drive went well. The new 2019 Ram is amazing! And eventually we made our way back to the dealership for the part I think the salesman and I both despise the most, the negotiating part. When we got back to the dealership we were asked a couple of credit related questions, but they did not jamb a credit app down my throat which I really appreciated. As I presented some of the information I found and they presented the numbers I came to recognize that my price expectations were a little high and we were pretty far apart, but J.J. did his best honestly to make the vehicle affordable to me. At one point the sales manger came out to speak with me. He was what I expected him to be and behaved like I expected he would, however we were still able to make a deal, my payment is comfortable, and I have to say I was SUPER IMPRESSED by the level of service and the top notch treatment I received from J.J. This is an honest guy in an un-honest business. He was very easy to work with, and just a pleasant person overall. When we got into finance I worked with Wayne. He was a gentleman as well. Everything was well explained and I left feeling as though I had a complete understanding of what I purchased and what I paid. I honestly couldn't be happier with the Truck and Treatment I received at Warwick Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future. Thanks Guys!!! More
