Worst car buying experience of my life! Second bad experience with a Gregg Young owned company. The final pricing was not what agreed on and the sales manager even went to get the original sales paperwork that Joe Hammer and I went through, with all the notes and options crossed off and it was clear that those fees were crossed off and not included in our final agreed upon price. If it wasn't for my wife needing this to all be over, I would have just walked for the $400 they screwed me out of. Ashley, who was administering the final paperwork of the sale, couldn't figure anything out correctly with the title. And then to make matters worse, once I agreed to sign forms electronically, Ashley began signing multiple subsequent forms electronically on my behalf without letting me even review them. Ashely had to print them all manually for me to review afterwards before we could continue. Ashley said she thought she was doing me a favor. Two days after getting the vehicle home we discovered there were two different size tires on the vehicle. YOU CAN'T DO THAT ON AN ALL-WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE! So much for their inspection process. After everything we went through on the pickup day, there was no way I was going to contact anyone at Chrysler World again so we just had to go buy all new tires. More
