Last oil change: no documentation of the free car inspection was given normally there is a sheet that tells me how my brakes and tires, etc. The oil change mileage was not reset and i had to reset i inspection was given normally there is a sheet that tells me how my brakes and tires, etc. The oil change mileage was not reset and i had to reset it. Was offered a car wash and truck was definitely not washed. Originally my appt was in August and I had to move the appt, I called a week prior to move. Talked to someone moved the appt but kept getting reminders for the old appt. Called back to confirm new appt and it was never moved even though I called and talked to someone. I've purchased 3 vehicles from Chrysler World over my lifetime and I was very disappointed in their service. Honestly it makes me wonder if my oil was actually changed and my tires were actually rotated. This was for an Eco Diesel the oil changed are not cheap. More

This was my fourth vehicle purchased from Chrysler World and again Lee did an amazing job. Gave me a fair trade in value on my vehicle and my new truck was priced appropriately.
