I ask to have tires rotated. I marked the tires! They were never rotated! I asked 3 times before I left, where the tires rotated. Giving every chance to admit they didn’t. The I marked the tires! The main reason I bought a truck from you it is my buddy told me that when you get your oil changed there you have a certified mechanic doing the work. Well I’m very disappointed. I was in for a UConnect problem (and I've already been there multiple times - including having the Uconnect system entirely replaced). Nothing was definitely fixed - I was told that an error code was add there multiple times - including having the Uconnect system entirely replaced). Nothing was definitely fixed - I was told that an error code was addressed but wasn't given any confidence that this would be the end of it. The paperwork was not available at the end of the service and I was promised that it would be emailed to me. That never happened. I realize that there are electronic issues with all of the car brands and that it's not necessarily the dealer's fault, but 2 hours to tell me that they weren't sure if anything was fixed and then no documentation is unsatisfactory.
