Danny and the boys and girls in service consistently have gone above and beyond to help me as a customer that drives from far to see them. The trip is always worth it for the experience. I recently bought a vehicle from Specialty and had significant issues with it, attempts to get assistance resulted in the sales pawning me off to their service department that belittled the diagnosis by 2 other dealership departments and told me that they could get it fixed cheaper and better than them. I was disappointed in the conversations with this dealership and the lack of willingness to help cover the significant costs I will have to repair this despite having an extended warranty. All my future vehicles and service will be with Gregg Young. I would give them 10 stars if I could. More

I was very happy with my experience. They very friendly and helpful. I have a super basic knowledge of vehicles (change a tire, check the oil, add windshield washer fluid) and they took They very friendly and helpful. I have a super basic knowledge of vehicles (change a tire, check the oil, add windshield washer fluid) and they took the time to explain things to me in a way that made sense. The only challenge I had was that I work night shift so I sleep during the day which made connecting with them a bit of a challenge, and I realize that I am part of a small group that this would be an issue for so nothing I would hold against them at all. I would recommend this dealership to others as I had one of the best experiences here that I have ever had with a service department. More
