I was 15 minutes late for my appointment due to road construction but the service department worked my Jeep in so I did not have to reschedule. I very appreciated their consideration. We were heading home-a 1500 mile trek after being in the UP for 5 weeks Had been having truck issues for weeks. The service department worked us in, found the issue and fixed it. We started looking at a new UP for 5 weeks Had been having truck issues for weeks. The service department worked us in, found the issue and fixed it. We started looking at a new truck. Ended up trading our 16 yr old truck for a 2025. From the service manager, to the technician, to the finance manager, to the used car dealer, to the salesman-could not have asked for nicer people to work with. Can’t say enough good things about everyone at the dealership. It was a refreshing change after Riverside Dodge in Escanaba where we had been staying would not help us at all. More
