I had such a tough time figuring out what kind of 3rd row car I wanted. Andy was great to work with and helped me figure pros, cons and showed me vehicles on my 'no' list. I’ve brought all the vehicles from here dating back to when they were Chrysler world. Joe hammer is the best! The service department is amazing and Mary Ann in the body shop is an absolute pleasure to wor when they were Chrysler world. Joe hammer is the best! I called three times the AI system screwed up. I got there and I was unable to have one of my issues addressed and have to reschedule and be charged a fee to evaluate . I called and talked to an actual person and still the appointment was not scheduled properly. It was disappointing to get there and not have the item addressed oil and rotate went OK and that took an hour and a half. More
