The purchase of the vehicle was a learning experience for us and the new salesman. He was very helpful in trying to answer questions we had and followed through when he realized we left the dealership missi us and the new salesman. He was very helpful in trying to answer questions we had and followed through when he realized we left the dealership missing a portion of the back bumper. We are very disappointed though with the service when we started experiencing a problem with the back hatch 2 weeks after purchase and they were unable to work with us to have it evaluated within a week. Service was very over-priced and took almost 2 hours to do a basic oil change with tire rotation. The staff is very kind. My Ram 1500 had damage to the rear which required the box panel and rear bumper to be replaced. When I got it back it looked just like it did when it My Ram 1500 had damage to the rear which required the box panel and rear bumper to be replaced. When I got it back it looked just like it did when it was brand new. I received a free loaner to use while the work was being done. I will definitely be going here for any future repair needs! More
