I'd recommend depending on the service. Usually a good experience, but last time wasn't great. No reminder over the phone or with the quote that was text to me about the credit card fee when the work being done was $400+ which made a significant credit card fee. Also, now there is a "data storage fee" whatever that is... They found another issue while working on car and were going to charge another $700+ to fix - I called the other mechanic I use and asked for a price - he would have charged $520 for the total job and Chrysler World was going to charge $1000+!! When I did call and question some of the charges - they did a tire rotation which I did not ask for and charged more for the work than what was quoted - they did offer future credit which was at least an attempt to make things right. I will go back in the future for basic service. More
