I was looking for a jeep compass that I couldn’t find, I had went through the lot two times & I figured it was there but I decided to make one more search & a sales rep Lee came out & said “you look like yo had went through the lot two times & I figured it was there but I decided to make one more search & a sales rep Lee came out & said “you look like you’re looking for something!” Thank the lord cause I was just about to give up & I had needed to find something durable for my work trip. It drives amazing & I can’t be more grateful for lees persistence on his work ethic. He had a friendly demeanor from beginning to end. Highly recommend if you have any mopar vehicles you might want to trade in! CHRYSLER WORLD IS IT!! More

Staff at Chrysler World are always courteous, friendly and each one delivers a smile. Estimated times for work are usually shorter than estimate and they are upfront with costs and other issues that aris and each one delivers a smile. Every issue is explained and there are times when a service rep will tell me what may need to be done in future visits. Sales staff are friendly as well and we have good conversations when I'm waiting in the lounge. One of the reason we purchased a second vehicle is the quality of the service department. More
