We had a great experience when buying our 2020 Ford Expedition from Chrysler World the other day. We went in looking for a car we saw online, only to find out it was sold before we got there. Tyler helped us find another vehicle which will end up working out better for our family. We got approved but were waiting to see if another bank would offer a lower rate and Dave and Tyler were good enough to let us have the car over the weekend and come back to sign papers on Monday - saved us $100/mo on our payment! They also cleaned the car before giving it to us and made sure we were happy before we left. :) More
