They did my oil change and tire rotation and during the inspection they noticed a leak from my fuel filter. came in on 12-16-25 for an oil change on my truck. sat in waiting room for 1 1/2 hrs. for a 20 minute oil change. later in the day i went to check my tire pressure and no tire pressure on display. evi sat in waiting room for 1 1/2 hrs. for a 20 minute oil change. later in the day i went to check my tire pressure and no tire pressure on display. evidently the tire pressure sensor was not reset. I called the service dept. to talk to the service manager, was told she was busy so left my phone number. the phone call was never returned. I will never return to your dealership again. I might add me and my family have purchased at least 8 vehicles over the years. never again !!!!!!! More

We always enjoyed the convenience and great customer service when it was Chrysler World. Ever since new ownership we have been charged for tire rotation we didn’t ask for on our van which we get free ti service when it was Chrysler World. Ever since new ownership we have been charged for tire rotation we didn’t ask for on our van which we get free tire rotations from the place we bought the tires. There was only about a thousand miles on that rotation. My next oil change on my Buick says 725,243! Where did number come from? Seems to be more fees in addition to the service. We are losing confidence in continuing to service our vehicles with Gregg Young. More
