I get off work really late and wouldn't be able to make it to the dealer at a reasonable time so I sent my fiancé to get my trade in appraised and to look at my prospective purchase. When he returned he had a positive report about everything: the dealership, Todd, the processes and most importantly the vehicle. I was scared the car would get sold before I could get there so Todd came in on his day off and after hours to close the deal, THEN, delivered my transfered plates to me the next day in Stafford. I was a little sad that I had to trade in my beloved Jeep Wrangler, but I'm In love with my "new" Caliber and in love with the customer service I experienced here. More

I never felt pressured to go with their financing or buy something else. Although the manager would not negotiate on the price, I cannot complain since I got an outstanding deal overall. If I lived in the area, I would not hesitate to purchase with this dealership again. It was evident that the staff cared about behaving with integrity, which matters a lot to me. More

Along with the sales manager and Lewis (finance), Sam made this a great and easy process. I will now be doing my future business with them. Despite the 90 minute drive. They were well worth it. Plus any dealer with dogs on their logo is a win for me. More
