Every time she drove it I was dreading the phone call that she was stranded somewhere with a car that would not start. I am retired and on a fixed income so I had put off an attempt to purchase until I had no choice. Well finally I had no choice. I called the dealership and Glenn Thomson answered the phone. I am very glad he did. It was Saturday afternoon when we spoke and I explained my situation. Glenn asked me to meet with him on Sunday so we could see what could be done to accommodate me. I was hesitant because of my retirement status but Glenn was confident that we could work something out. So Sunday afternoon my wife and I took a ride around the corner to see Glenn. We drove to Chrysler of Culpeper in a gold car and drove home in a red one. It is Monday evening now and I am still stunned by how well and smoothly things went with the new car purchase. Glenn had just the right vehicle ready for us to test drive and we were indeed impressed. He offered us a price on a brand new vehicle that was too good to pass up so we decided to take the plunge. Joe Schick took care of the financing for us and got us a good rate on the new car loan with an easy six year term. This was the easiest car buying experience that I ever had. Glenn was great. There was no hard sell, no pressure and definitely no hassle like you find at some less than stellar dealerships. As I said , we drove there in our old car and drove home in our new one. I never would have thought that was even possible. I felt I was in a very weak buying position when I left the house but felt great when I got home with our brand new car. Glenn and Joe made that happen for us and I am truly very grateful for their concern for our needs and their expertise in putting the deal together. If you are in the market for a new car I strongly encourage you to give Glenn Thomson a call at Chrysler of Culpeper. I am sure you will be very pleased with the results of that call. I am a firm believer in promoting someone who deals fairly and honestly with me so I will recommend Glenn to everyone I encounter who is considering a vehicle purchase. I could probably go on but the point is that I highly recommend Glenn Thomson and Joe Schick at Chrysler of Culpeper to anyone in the market for a new car. Five Stars all the way. Thank you for reading this review and I sincerely hope that I have been able to help you in finding a great dealership to work with. John T. Graff More

Glenn has a wealth of knowledge about cars and really took the time to explain everything on the car. I was shopping for a Dodge Dart. I explained to Glenn what was most important to me in my new car and what I was willing to go without on the new car. He really understood what I wanted for my new car. Glenn found the perfect car for me!! I work over 2 hours from Chrysler of Culpeper; Glenn was very accommodating to my work schedule. When I picked my car up every button, function, and setting was explained. Glenn made a follow up call the next day just to make sure he did not forget anything and he didn’t. Normally when driving a new car the first few days I am lost because I am searching for the buttons this made it feel like it had always been my car but with a new car smell. Glenn came out to talk to us and we test drove a truck. After sitting in the building for about 45 min and getting my appraisal and even though they attempted offer me a great deal that night my wife and I had to think about it. All through the weekend Glenn and I exchanged Texts trying to work out a time where my wife and I could come in. Finally on Tuesday after pulling duty on Base at Quantico with the Marines, she and I came in, after working the numbers even though my wife and I were financed through a credit union, we finally came down to a few hundred dollars more, and that's when Joseph talked to us, he did everything he could and made it for us! His father, and President of the Dealership, Wade Schick talk to us. Even after the sale was made, they have been nothing but great wonderful people down there in Culpeper, I HIGHLY recommend this dealer to ANYONE looking for something, these fine people will work with you and help you out, and this is why I rate Chrysler of Culpeper very high. I wanted to express my gratitude. On Friday, July 27, I started a possible pursuit of replacing one of my vehiclces with a Chrysler Town and Country mini van. One of friends had come down the previous week started a possible pursuit of replacing one of my vehiclces with a Chrysler Town and Country mini van. One of friends had come down the previous week had one of these vans, and the Stow 'N Go seating was very impressive to be along with the space that was in the vehicle once thsoe seats were stored. The shear creature comfort of the vehicle has only been improved in the 2012 model year. My first pursuit of a Chrysler Town and Country minvan started at Stafford in Warrenton. While the staff there was helpful, and they had a few vehicles that almost fit my need, but ultimatley it was not quite the vehicle I wanted. I then did some resarch and came across a used Town and Country minivan located at your dealership. I began to work with Martin Williams, your internet sales manager. Martin was very heflpul and courteous. I looked at four vehicles at your dealership and Sunday evening, Mr. Williams wrote me a permission to drive slip for the used Town and Country van I saw on the internet. I would have purchased that vehicle, but I discovered it was missing navigation, and that is the one feature my partner insisted upon having built in to the vehicle. On Monday, the 30th of July, I took a second look at your stock number, 6953. It was very clean new Town and Country minivan Tourling-L with the white leather and the 29J pakckage.I believe your wife drove this vehicle. Marty was very accomidating and we decided to purchase the new vehicle. It was a pleasure dealing with the staff at your dealerhip, and I had the pleasure of meeting your wife Linda as well. I look forward to many years of service from my first Chyrsler product and thus far I am very impressed with the featrues and comfort of the vehicle. Without Marty going the extra mile and making sure we were comfortable with the vehicle, I would not have made the purchase. Please express my gratitude to him and the rest of your staff as well. I would love to purchase one of the stuffed Dodge Rams's like you have your display case. A good vehicle must have a mascot. :) I will see you on Saturday to get the car detailed as well as bring you some owed items on my trade in. More
Bought used 08 Audi; less than 1,000 miles in, dead battery, brakes, pads and rotors had to be replaced; all to the tune of $900.00 When we asked the dealership to help with the cost they refused. Al battery, brakes, pads and rotors had to be replaced; all to the tune of $900.00 When we asked the dealership to help with the cost they refused. Also, upon test driving the vehicle I asked that the wiper blades be replaced. They were not. They must have lubricated the blades because when I picked the car up the next day the blades were smooth over the windshield. I find out today, they are dry rotted and need replacement. No owner's manual, no second key (which I have to pay $300 for). DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT CONSIDER CHRYSLER OF CULPEPER FOR ANY VEHICLE PURCHASE!! More
BIG SCAM they bring in some fly by night experienced scammers to sell cars for thousands more than they are worth. They leer you in there with false advertising claiming you have won a great prize and scammers to sell cars for thousands more than they are worth. They leer you in there with false advertising claiming you have won a great prize and you get a quarter for your prize. 25 cents doesn't even cover the gas. They will not tell you if you have won until you wait a long time and listen to their sales pitch for a very long time. They do a credit check without permission and jack up price of any car you might be interested in. They kept me there for hours trying to sell to me and would not let me leave keeping hold of my license. This place is nothing but a store front for a big scam. They are LIARS. Claim the car has perks it does not. They tell you all sorts of lies but won't put it in writing. Tell you the car is worth thousands more than it is and will sell it to you for thousands more than you would pay for a new vehicle of same make and model. This place is horrible horrible. They should be shut down for illegal activity. Immoral and unethical dealings with liars has left me so angry. These people are mean and nasty in the way they lie and cheat to steal your money. More
I was interested in the 07 Honda Odyssey EX. We took it out for a test drive. It rode nice. Big chip in the windshield. I was told it would pass inspection in spite of that. Yes but it will still sprea out for a test drive. It rode nice. Big chip in the windshield. I was told it would pass inspection in spite of that. Yes but it will still spread, it's the size of my thumb. No it'll be fine. Car was filthy on the inside. I mean filthy. Never cleaned. Syrup still in the cupholders. Something on the back seat that has been there for a long time. Not even an attempt to clean it. "It was just cleaned." There is no way it was just cleaned. Just look at it. Absolutely filthy. We can clean it again. Why would you say that when it's obvious it was not cleaned at all? Why lie? I asked about the timing belt being changed. "These don't have timing belts, they have timing chains" I'm told. Wow, did not know that. That's promising. My Odyssey had a belt and we had to change that a couple times over the life of the vehicle. I get home later to find that that is Not true again. They all have timing belts that must be changed. If you don't know, stop telling untruths. Let's get beyond that and let's talk deal. I had my list of competitively priced Odyssey's that were over a thousand less. Let's make a deal. "We sure can" We can lower this"Let me go back and check." Allright I'm thinking. Chipped windshield, filthy, lower prices elsewhere. He comes back. No, can't do anything. Nothing?? Not even 50$? So you really don't want to sell the car. Just another ploy to get people to make the drive to the dealership. What about the famed "processing fee"? How about waving that? I'm required by law to charge the processing fee. Really? Required by law? Those exact words. Required by law. Liar! That is not required in VA. Not according to the VA DMV or the VA Car Dealers Association. In fact the VA Car Dealers Association has pleaded that their dealers NOT SAY that it is a requirement by law. More and more people are frustrated by those so called fees. Even if he had come back with a small deduction he would've sold the car. My father has bought three cars in VA and never paid a "processing fee". The dealers are ALLOWED, but not REQUIRED. I can't stand dealing with people who lie for a buck. Avoid the used car internet section of this dealership. More
