We had been looking for a particular truck and Chrysler of Culpeper had one that they got in on trade. We were from out of state and our dealer, Denis, went the extra mile to describe the truck to us, including doing an extra test drive and more pictures of the vehicle, which included pictures of any imperfections, to help us make a decision on whether or not to purchase their vehicle. He even picked us up from the rental car place. Needless to say, we did purchase their vehicle and drive it home to Florida without any issues whatsoever. The truck was as he said it was. Deceptive on fees and destination Attempted to purchase a Jeep for the advertised price. However, Dennis said the processing fees are $799 (their own advertisement on Autotrader is $5 Attempted to purchase a Jeep for the advertised price. The MSRP they advertise already includes destination, so this was a clear attempt in my opinion to deceive and double dip. They would not honor the advertised price. More
