I thought striking a deal long distance over the phone and being out of state would be difficult. It was not. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up my Jeep, there were no surprises. Everything went perfect from the financing to the test drive, and the new car walkthrough. Denis Ryan always answered my calls prior to, and after the sale. Denis Ryan answered all of my questions and was extremely easy to have price duscussions with. Denis's professionalism, knowledge, and exceptional customer service skills make him an asset to Chrystler of Culpeper. Denis went above and beyond after the sale by checking in on us to ensure we were happy with the Jeep and to ask if we had any issues or questions. Great Experience I came in on a Sunday with two cars to trade in for a new Rebel. I had a couple of parts that were on my truck that I wanted removed and he even took them off for me! It was a no hassle buying experience and would happily buy from them again in the future. The rest of the employees there were also all extremely friendly, as was the business manager. They paid off my trades in 10 days as promised and all the paperwork was correct. The prices at Chrysler of Culpeper is pretty much competitive, great financing options with lower rate available, used cars doesn't look used at all, carfax available for review and you can ask as many question as you want. Anthony also took me to a road where I can do a hard brake, sharp turn and gas the car. MOST IMPORTANT: They don't push you to get your signature or try to sell you the car, Antony my agent tried to feel me as comfortable as possible, they don't use those selling technique or playing psychological game with you. If you are less experienced or buying your first car, I would strongly recommend this is the place you wanna go. More

Outstanding experience We used Dodge’s price and build web site to build the cars with the options we wanted to see, on a ’19 Challenger and a ’19 Charger. We wanted to look at both models with similar options and styles (Scat Packs). Chrysler of Culpepper had both models in stock with good pricing shown online. Called and spoke to Todd, who was very friendly and helpful. Since we live in Northern VA, which is over an hour drive to their Dealership, we wanted to make sure they had both vehicles in stock before we left. Upon arriving both were pulled up, out front. We drove both and decided to run some numbers – which in every Dealership we have worked with have been very painful process. But to our surprise Todd and the management team were very quick running numbers and giving us the various options on down payment amounts, interest rates and time frames for various loans amounts. They even gave us a fair price for our trade in. Once we decided on which car (Challenger Scat Pack wide body plus). We then met with Josh in Finance - again based upon experience - not looking forward to this, but again were very pleasantly and surprised no pushy hard sell - very up front 15-minute process. Overall the BEST by far experience buying a car that I can remember. I can say this is, by fair, well worth the drive from Northern VA, to deal with Chrysler of Culpepper. They were outstanding to deal with and would highly recommend going to Culpepper, vey customer friendly. Thank you, Todd, Josh and the Management team, you Guys did a great job. More
