Worst experience I've had. Way too many mess ups at my expense. BUYER BEWARE! !!! I should never have gone here. The backup camera works occasionally, one of the sliding back doors will not lock even manually. The thermostat !!! I should never have gone here. The thermostat is completely messed up, the catalytic converter needs to be replaced, service is terrible, the brakes need new rotors, the headlights do not have the auto dimming feature I could probably go on but don't want to waste my time. In the month of August 2022 we went to Crystler of Lawrenceburg to find my husband a truck and my husband had already spoken to Bill on the phone prior to this. So we go up and we are approached by Bi Lawrenceburg to find my husband a truck and my husband had already spoken to Bill on the phone prior to this. So we go up and we are approached by Bill and his son Cannon. Cannon proceeds to show us so trucks and just so happen we bought one that had just came in that day. So we go in and sit dwn and Bill comes out and he says that the way we were going to do this is in 45 days of this purchase you come back up here and we are going to refinance this truck for you at a cheaper interest and payment all we needed to do was pay the payments every 2 weeks and that it would boost his credit enough to where his interest rate would go dwn and they would cut our payment in half . So we took Bill at his word ( big mistake). He told us if my son came and bought a vehicle he would give us 500 dollar referral fee( never happened ). So we took my son up he got a dodge Durango which we had to put in our name. Bill said put this in your name and let your son pay the payments and in 45 days, payments every 2 weeks and we will refinance it with cheaper interest and we will cut the payment in 2. So I told them he can pay these payments for 3 months and that's it he has 4 kids under 5 and a wife to support so make sure it can get done. Bill o I will get it done he said so we finished the paper wrk and they got the car. So our payment on our first purchase was rolling around and I called and called and called and called for probably 2 weeks and come to find out they had lost our paper wrk and needed us to come back and redo it. If I had known what we was getting into I'd drove it straight up Bill's xxx. So we redid the paper wrk on the truck first payment Dec 26th ok thats fine. The Durangos first payment was in Nov so we went back up in January because my son had 6 payments paid on time and in full every 2 weeks. So my husband goes in and talks to Bill and he tells him there is nothing he can do that we need to find a credit union to take it. When my husband called and told me this i called Bill and he acted like he didnt know what i was talking about and i said you and Cannon would tell ppl anything to make a sell and he said yes ma'ami would. I told him i hoped he slept good at night knowing what he has done to my sons little family. So basically if my son gets to where he can't pay for this car we are stuck with almost 2000 dollars in car payments because of Bill. We called Fort Knox credit union and they won't touch the Durango because it's 162 % over what it is worth. Now I want to mention my father I law he had been dealing with them for probably 10 yrs or so and he traded his truck for a new dodge and of course got him for a second truck for pulling stuff. Payments 1400 and something for 3 month and then he could refinance well guess what nothing they could do and he has taken it to his bank and from what I'm hearing is what Bill has done is illegal. So anyone that got these 45 day deals I have a feeling you are not going to be happy in 45 days so don't look fwrd to it. More
