I drove 3 hours and 45 minutes to look at a Nissan Pathfinder that was listed for sale. I had been in communication with Elizabeth and Samantha for 5 days prior to my long drive. I asked several questions, asked about the CARFAX, asked if there was any rust, smoking, etc. I was provided the CARFAX, a video was sent to me of the vehicle, along with pictures, and all questions were answered. When I arrived after a long drive I was told that the transmission was bad and I was not able to purchase the vehicle! I thought the salesmen was kidding! After all of the communication for days ahead of time, I never dreamed this would be a problem! To say I was mad, upset, and frustrated is an understatement! Barry(salesman) was EXTREMELY helpful, and apologized multiple times for the discrepancies of the women overseeing the online sales and communicating with potential customers! More
