My only frustration was would have liked to have been informed on status of my car - when it wasn’t done on the first estimated done date I had to call to find out what was going on. And the same on the second “done date” I had to call when it wasn’t done then and I waited two days after that date. Cody was always nice when I talked to him and I know things get busy, however being someone that works in customer service myself, customers really appreciate updates if those “done dates” are not going to be met. And it’s always better when you call versus the customer having to make the call. I still like you guys and will continue to bring my car there though :) More

I got “smoked”. Purchased a 2016 Ford Escape after being told by the dealership that the vehicle was clean and hadn’t been smoked in. After 7-10 days, the smoke odor started to come out in the vehicle. Replaced the in cabin air filter and it was black/brown and covered in smoke smell. Had to contact the dealership to get the paperwork on the vehicle after being promised it would be sent within a few days. Live and learn. More
