Paperwork nightmare I only said I would recommend this service center because the 2 times we used then 1 time I had good service. My husband and I both have Fusions, they I only said I would recommend this service center because the 2 times we used then 1 time I had good service. My husband and I both have Fusions, they both had recalls. I dropped mine off on a Monday. Great service, done in the time they said it would take. My husband's Fusion was scheduled that same week on Wed. Dropped it off Tuesday evening, gave a rep the keys and signed his paperwork. Wed comes his appointment was at 8:30. It's now after 2 and no call that it's done so I call them. Come to find out it hasn't even been pulled in the shop cause they pulled my paperwork instead of his and said it was done. Didn't check VIN numbers nothin. So another day without a car, they were supposed to wash it for the mess up. I pick it up on Thursday and NOPE not even washed. Next time I have a recall I will go somewhere else. More

Walked on to the lot looked around. Opened up a couple of used cars cause they leave them unlocked. Then a young man walked up and said hi. Nice looking. Clean and happy. He answered all of my questions and then offered to do a test drive. We took a little ride and checked out all of the new features. Then told him what payment I wanted. He did the paperwork and after a little negotiation agreed to my requests. Got the payment I needed and the car I wanted. Was in and out in a couple of hours. The finance manager nick was helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. Thanks guys. I’ll be back. More
