Save your money, go elsewhere Avoid the service dept at this dealership!!. Took my car (1 year old ford) in for a malfunctioning front screen, spent $1000 to replace the audio mod Avoid the service dept at this dealership!!. Took my car (1 year old ford) in for a malfunctioning front screen, spent $1000 to replace the audio module, when I got it back had issues with the back module didn’t work. Took it back and was told I need to pay $140 to run diagnostics and was later told it was another $1,000 repair. It worked when I brought it in before they did the 1st repair. Many arguments later, 6 visits later they finally figured out that the front module was never updated. This caused the rear module to malfunction. 6 trips back and forth, too many hours spent arguing over the additional $1000 they wanted to charge me for their MISTAKE. Never once even received an apology. It all seems like a big scam. Worst car experience ever. More

The dealership did not have the car that I wanted, so they went the extra mile and sent a crew up to Iowa to pick her up for me. I signed papers on Monday, she was delivered on Tuesday, and I picked her up on Wednesday. Ricky and his colleagues worked hard to make sure I got exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay.
