We talked to a salesman about building a truck but ended buying another one from another dealership. We came back to buy some mirrors and have them put on the new truck. Service area was clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. One concern however was that while watching my vehicle be repaired I noticed that torque validation was not being per Staff was friendly and helpful. One concern however was that while watching my vehicle be repaired I noticed that torque validation was not being performed. One of my tires was removed and when out back on it was secured with a battery gun, no torque verification. My fuel tank was dropped and when replaced no torque verification was done. It is critical and recommended by the manufacturer, for safety reasons, that torque validation be completed on items like this. More
