Chuck Anderson Ford - Service Center

I didn't like how my Ford Flex was steering. I had taken my car in for a safety recall a month earlier. I had ordered new tires from Discount Tires three weeks earlier but they hadn't arrived ye I had taken my car in for a safety recall a month earlier. I had ordered new tires from Discount Tires three weeks earlier but they hadn't arrived yet. So I took my car back to Chuck Anderson just to make sure everything was tightened down from the recall. They took it in right away and inspected it. Everything checked out fine. Then I went ahead and bought two tires from them because I just wasn't feeling safe with the ones I had on there and tired of waiting to hear from Discount Tires. Still to this day the tires haven't arrived. And I've called a couple times. Very very pleased and satisfied with Chuck Anderson.. More

Service Dept was suppose to trim a supplement into the insurance company for a repair they did. It didn’t happen nothing was turned into the insurance company. I have not heard a word from the service d insurance company for a repair they did. It didn’t happen nothing was turned into the insurance company. I have not heard a word from the service dept. Horrible communication skills. Would not recommend dealing with Dustin, and would not recommend taking his word on anything. More
