Usually pretty good but my daughters lug nuts on her car were not properly tightened. Very disappointed and glad we caught it and tighten them so her tire didn’t come off. I’ve used Chuck Anderson multiple times to program and cut keys for used cars we’ve purchased. I paid them $70 to do this yesterday knowing there a always a chance it won’t work. I’m good with that. Howev cut keys for used cars we’ve purchased. I paid them $70 to do this yesterday knowing there a always a chance it won’t work. I’m good with that. However they did but and program the key to the ignition and it worked great. However the main reason we wanted a second key was to prevent being locked out of the car. Chuck Anderson failed to program the remotes to lock/unlock or open then trunk. Luckily I had stopped by another body shop on the way home for something else and they assisted on completing this process. More
