Had a charge hose from turbo brake!! It made that sound when I left Gary Crossly Ford When I was in Gray Crossly for my last service!! I had my oil changed on 8/5/21. We went on vacation in Colorado and car broke down on 8/10/21 and had to be towed to a Ford dealership out there. Had to rent a car to get home and since it would be over a Colorado and car broke down on 8/10/21 and had to be towed to a Ford dealership out there. Had to rent a car to get home and since it would be over a week before they could even look at it, I had it shipped back to the dealership where I purchased it. Initial check showed oil filter was not tightened properly causing all the other problems. Only a quart and a half of oil was left. Out over $800 for car rental and shipping plus ruined the vacation. Had been having cars serviced here for several years. Not comfortable here any more. Called service department and have not heard back. More

I asked how much for the air filter he said I needed. He said $21.99. I said ok. I got my bill. He didn't add, it will cost you $8 for me to lift it out and put the new one in. I'm not that lazy.
