Poorest service I’ve had there. Waited an hour and a half for an oil change and No one came to me to let me know it was finished as I waited. No apologies and Greg didn't seem to care. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company! Heather in service told me they were fully booked for the day, but let me talk to her manager Dustin to see if they could squeeze me in. We live 3 hours from Chuck Anderson Ford, but I will be willing to bet I will buy my next car from them! More

I took my car to them after dealing with a terrible experience at another dealership and they were absolutely amazing! I needed to have my car serviced for its recall and they were able to get me in qu experience at another dealership and they were absolutely amazing! I needed to have my car serviced for its recall and they were able to get me in quickly and had all the parts ordered and ready before my appointment.. they were also able to get a rental car until my car was all done.
