Friendly customer service but poor diagnosis. Brought my van for diagnostic code P0401. They replaced the DPFE sensor and the error cleared but returned after a couple hundred miles. The error ret Brought my van for diagnostic code P0401. They replaced the DPFE sensor and the error cleared but returned after a couple hundred miles. The error returned and on the next dealer visit they wanted to change a knock sensor for $1000. I chose not to spend the money and had to pay $119 for them to tell me there was a problem with a different system. After doing my own research I found the knock sensor is not connected to the P0401. The problem was carbon in the EGR port. The solution was on Youtube yet the service tech never suggested cleaning the carbon. It cost $450 for a dealer to fail and I had to repair it by following youtube vidieos. I expect more from a high cost dealer. More

Recall fixes I called to set up an appointment to fix recalls on my car. They provided a rental for me as well. One of the parts wasn’t in so I had to wait on that I called to set up an appointment to fix recalls on my car. They provided a rental for me as well. One of the parts wasn’t in so I had to wait on that which was no problem. When the part came in and they were fixing that recall, they also addressed a problem with my transmission that was common for the model of my car. They fixed all issues and my car runs great now. Customer service was excellent as well. More
